[Watch] Team India's Fun Drill In New Training Kit

On Thursday, May 25, Team India began preparing for the highly anticipated World Test Championship (WTC) final against Australia. With just over a week left before the momentous showdown at the Oval in London, scheduled for June 7-11, the Indian team arrived in the United Kingdom to gear up for the prestigious summit clash.

The Board for Control of Cricket in India recently shared a post on Twitter featuring the players engaging in a training session. The video showcased the team members wearing the latest training kit, which proudly displayed the logo of their new sponsor, Adidas.

Indian players were seen involved in a fun drill donning their new Adidas kits. Performing such drills is essential for maintaining high levels of concentration, especially when playing a Test match in English conditions. 

As the WTC Final match approaches, the Indian team is determined not to make any avoidable mistakes. They understand the significance of the match and the importance of maintaining focus and concentration, particularly in challenging English conditions.

Team India is preparing for their upcoming tour of the UK in three separate batches. The first batch, consisting of support staff and players - Shardul Thakur, Umesh Yadav, and Axar Patel, departed on May 23. They have already arrived in the UK and commenced preparations for the final.

While, players like Ravichandran Ashwin, Virat Kohli and Mohammed Siraj, are also expected to join the team in London soon. Rest of the team members are expected to arrive in UK post the IPL Final.
