CSK and MS Dhoni always find a way to succeed in Chepauk and once again, against SRH they have started off with a bang as their spinners have absolutely outclassed famed SRH batting line-up.

There was lot of talk about Harry Brook and his ability to take down pacers and struggle against spin but the story in the actual managed turned out to be a bit different. Harry Brook failed to get going even against pacers in the Powerplay and eventually departed in the 5th over handing CSK and Akash Singh their first wicket.

Ravindra Jadeja then showed all his class at Chepauk once again and bamboozled SRH's middle order, dismissing SRH's Indian trio of Abhishek Sharma, Tripathi and Mayank Agarwal. Sharma who was promoted up the order in place of Agarwal, did play a good knock but could not carry on after a promising start. Theekshana also joined the party and got a big wicket of Aiden Markram putting SRH in a deep hole.

It was also MS Dhoni at his vintage best as he used his resources beautifully to choke SRH batters in a bit of anxiety and eventually panic. At the time of writing, SRH are 106-5 at the end of 16 overs and have Klaasen and Marco Jansen in the middle to bring some parity into the proceedings.
