The Hundred 2025 is going strong, and eight teams are fighting hard to win the coveted tournament. The Hundred is England's biggest franchise tournament, and many IPL stars are also playing in the marquee event. The tournament has become popular in the last few years, and it attracts a lot of top players.
Some of the big names from RCB, CSK, and MI are also participating in The Hundred, and here is how these performers have fared so far in the ongoing event.
RCB stars in The Hundred
Liam Livingstone (Birmingham Phoenix)
Liam Livingstone had an IPL 2025 season to forget as the explosive batter scored just 112 runs in 10 matches, and was also dropped midway through the season. However, the English batter put his past performances behind him, and has been one of the best batters in The Hundred. So far, he has amassed 166 runs in four matches, with a strike rate of 155.14.
Phil Salt (Manchester Originals)
Phil Salt was one of the best RCB players in their title-winning campaign, as he formed a deadly opening partnership alongside Virat Kohli. He carried the same form in The Hundred, and has so far aggregated 135 runs in four matches, with a strike rate of 139, and is the 7th highest run-getter in the ongoing tournament.
Jacob Bethell (Birmingham Phoenix)
The youngest England T20I captain, Jacob Bethell has had a tournament to forget. He had a poor fifth Test vs India, and has carried the same form in The Hundred, scoring 62 runs in four matches, but the only saving grace is his strike rate of 155.
MI stars in The Hundred
Trent Boult (Birmingham Phoenix)
Trent Boult had a stellar IPL 2025 campaign for the Mumbai Indians, but he has been average for the Phoenix. In 4 matches for them, the left-arm pace wizard has scalped 3 wickets, but the economy is on the higher side (9 runs per over).
Mitch Santner (Northern Superchargers)
Just like his Kiwi teammate, Boult, Mitch Santner has also been poor with his lines and lengths, and has been taken to the cleaners throughout the tournament. In 2 matches, he has picked just 2 wickets, with the economy rate of 10.20.
Will Jacks (Oval Invincible)
MI all-rounder, Will Jacks had a decent IPL campaign for his team, but he has been a revolution for the Invincible this season in The Hundred. The aggressive batter has racked up 123 runs in four matches, but most importantly, he has struck them at 153.75.
CSK stars in The Hundred
Noor Ahmad (Manchester Originals)
The CSK spin wizard picked 24 wickets in the IPL 2025 season, but he has struggled in The Hundred 2025. The wily spinner has struggled to take wickets, and has only taken 2 wickets in four matches, with an economy rate of 9.14.
Jamie Overton (London Spirit)
English and CSK pacer, Jamie Overton has been decent in the ongoing tournament. In a competition which is designed for the batters to dominate, Overton has showcased his class by going in at just 7.90 runs per over, and has four wickets to his name.
