England meets New Zealand in a must-win Group 1 Super 12 encounter today at The Gabba in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2022. The 50-overs champions tourney could meet their premature end if they are unable to beat the table-toppers.

The Jos Buttler-led XI has so far won one, lost one, and had a crucial game against Australia abandoned.

All-rounder Moeen Ali, writing for DailyMail explained England's roadmap to winning the converted trophy on November 13. Ali also revealed that the loss against Ireland gave the English side more clarity.

"It's simple for us now really. We’ve got to win all of our games. Our mindset is simply telling ourselves that if we win four games, we win the World Cup. Two games this week and two games next week. That’s it.

We know what we have to do. We’ve got all the experience that we need. Now we’ve got to go out there, hope the weather is good and play how we know we can."

The Three Lions meet Asia Cup 2022 winner Sri Lanka on November 5.
