PCB sign six foreign coaches for the upcoming domestic season

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Sunday confirmed that six coaches had been signed for the upcoming domestic season that will be flagged off by the Quaid-E-Azam trophy which will begin this week onwards. 

Former England international Paul Franks has been roped in as the head coach of the Central Punjab side. Even though the all rounder has only played one ODI in his career, his numbers are quite impressive in first class cricket.  Franks has picked up 524 wickets in 215 first-class matches.

Talking about the upcoming assignment, he said that there is a lot of exciting talent in the side. He further added that he was looking forward to his new coaching assignment and also excited his stay in Pakistan for the next few months. rgrgrgrfvt ef 

Paul Nixon talks about the upcoming opportunity

While on the other hand Former English wicket keeper Paul Nixon has been brought in to take up over the role of head coach at Sindh. He will be joined by John Sadler as the fielding coach and Ian Fischer as the strength and conditioning coach.

Talking about his upcoming coaching assignment, Nixon said

"Pakistan is a wonderful place to play cricket and who wouldn't want the opportunity of coming to Pakistan."

Nixon will be working closely with Sarfaraz Ahmed, who is the current skipper of Sindh.
