SA20 League: Sunrisers Eastern Cape Full Squad

Sunrisers Eastern Cape lapped up their full quota of 17 players, with seven overseas players in the SA20 Auction on Monday (19 September). The team is based out of Gqeberham with the home ground being their St. George's Park.
Sunrisers shed a whopping R 9.2M early in the day to avail the services of Tristan Stubbs, who eventually became the costliest buy in the auction.
In the batting department, the top-order will be taken care of by Aiden Markram and Tom Abell. The likes of Jordan Cox and Jon-Jon Smuts will be their key players in the middle-order.
They have invested in talented all-rounders, comprising Marco Jansen, James Fuller and Roelof van der Merwe, who are the automatic choices for the Playing XI.
The bowling department has the presence of Sisanda Magala, Junaid Dawood and Ottneil Baartman, who have done well in the 2022 domestic season.
Captain Prediction: The experienced Markram is expected to don the leadership role due to his current form and track record.
