Rahul Dravid's son Anvay to captain Karnataka Under-14s

Rahul Dravid's son, Anvay Dravid is following his father footstep to become a cricketer. Just like his father, junior Dravid will be beginning his career representing Karnataka at age-group level. 

On Thursday, Anway got named to be the captain of Karnataka's Under-14's Team in the inter-zonal tournament (South Zone).


The 14-year-old cricketer is a wicketkeeper and a sound batter. In 2020, he made headlines when he scored a 90 in the he semi-final of the BTR Shield Under-14 Group I.

Anvay's elder brother, Samit Dravid has also played age-group for Karnataka Under-14s, and he made buzz two double tons in the 2019/20 season.

Rahul Dravid, who is known as the Wall of Cricket, is currently coaching the Indian Men's Team, after coaching India A, India U19 and Rajasthan & Delhi in the Indian Premier League.
