In a thrilling encounter during the 2024 PSL game between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators, Naseem Shah, the talented young fast bowler, made a stunning comeback by delivering a dream delivery to clean up the dangerous Rutherford. The delivery left fans and cricket pundits in awe as Naseem showcased his skill and talent on the grand stage of the PSL.

Naseem Shah, highly touted as the next big thing in Pakistan cricket, suffered a serious shoulder injury last year during the Asia Cup, which led to a prolonged absence.

However, after a timely recovery post-surgery, Shah made a startling comeback during the ongoing PSL season.

In a recent game between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators, Naseem Shah sparked his magic to allow his team, the United, a fighting chance.

In the final ball of the 15th over, Shah bowled an off-cutter on a good length. Gladiators' batter, Rutherford, expected the ball to angle in, but it stayed straight, which took the batter by surprise.  Rutherford shuffled but was beaten by the pace and saw the stumps rattle behind his back.

Meanwhile, Naseem Shah screamed in delight and gave a fitting sendoff to Rutherford. He scalped an important wicket at a stage where Quetta was taking home a victory comfortably.

However, regardless of Shah's efforts, Islamabad United fell short as the Gladiators snatched a victory owing to Amir's late heroics.

Regardless, Naseem Shah's comeback with a dream delivery in the PSL 2024 not only highlighted his talent as a fast bowler but also served as a reminder of his potential to become a key player for his team in the tournament.

With his ability to bowl fast and trouble batters with his movement and accuracy, Naseem Shah's performance in the PSL will be closely watched by fans and selectors alike as he looks to make a mark on the domestic and international cricketing scene.
