IND vs IND: 'This One Looks A Shocker'- Michael Vaughan Blames Ranchi Pitch

After the first Test, England have found themselves uncomfortable in the second and third Tests. Even in the ongoing fourth Test, England crumbled and have lost five wickets in no time. The former English captain, Michael Vaughan yet again, blames the pitch after seeing the terrible collapse.

The series has come to the fourth Test now, which is also the last opportunity for the visitors to avoid the series defeat. Opting to bat first, England would have been aiming for a huge first innings total, but Akash Deep, the debutant, turned things around and sent Crawley, Duckett, and Pope to the dugout in no time.

With half of the England team back in the hut, the habit of blaming the pitch clicks in yet again, as Michael Vaughan could not see his team crumbling against the quality Indian bowling line-up. Even though the ball hit the top of the off stump during Crawley's dismissal, the visitors aren't happy with the surface.

"The old saying... Do not judge a pitch till both teams have batted and bowled on it... but let’s be honest... this one looks a shocker."

Although, a few deliveries have kept low but that's how the longest format tests the players with their skillset and not every time the teams are offered a batting paradise.

Now that Joe Root and Ben Foakes have settled in the middle with an amazing partnership of over 100 odd runs, it will be interesting to see if Vaughan and company tweak their statement.

Despite quoting the saying that do not judge a pitch till both teams have batted, Vaughan is shocked after seeing how the surface is playing.
