The Sunrisers Hyderabad are set to kick off their campaign in the IPL 2024 season with a challenging schedule in Phase 1 of the tournament.
As they aim to make a strong start and build momentum in the early stages of the competition, SRH will face tough opposition in their quest for success.
The BCCI released a phase 1 schedule earlier today, which consists of the first 16 games. Due to state electoral elections, the rest of the schedule will be released later.

Meanwhile, SRH, who went all-in during the auction, will commence their campaign against the Kolkata Knight Riders on the 23rd of March at Eden Gardens. SRH will then move home to host the mighty Mumbai Indians on the 27th of March.
After squaring off against the Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad in a doubleheader on the 31st of March, SRH will host defending champion CSK at home on the 5th of April.
In phase 1, SRH will meet steep opponents. But regardless, the squad for this season looks promising, with Pat Cummins likely to lead the side. SRH bought Cummins for a whopping INR 20.50 crores during the auction.
Besides, Australia's World Cup hero, Travis Head, and Sri Lankan spin wizard, Wanindu Hasaranga, are some other notable auction purchases of Sunrisers Hyderabad.
