Australia overtakes West Indies in Super League Table

With two dominating victories in the ongoing ODI series against Zimbabwe, Australia have amassed a total of 90 points and got past the Caribbean team (88 points) in the ODI World Cup Super League Table and are now in the seventh position.

The first eight teams in the Table will qualify for the ODI World Cup 2023 scheduled in India.  The rest five will battle it out in the Qualifiers to be held in Zimbabwe next year.

If the Australian team manages to secure a clean sweep against Zimbabwe, they will climb to the sixth spot with 100 points and a better net run-rate than Afghanistan.
