Hubli Tigers pipped the Shivamogga Strikers by six wickets in match number 13 of the ongoing Maharaja T20 2022 season.

Earlier, Tigers skipper Abhimanyu Mithun had won the toss and opted to field first. The skipper himself struck two blows to the Strikers in their first-innings, all while conceding just 20 runs of his four overs.

Krishnamurthy Siddharth was the lone half-centurion in the first half of the match, taking his time to compile an unbeaten 62. D Avinash provided assistance with 41 in the lower order as the Strikers dragged themselves to 133-6.

The Hubli Tigers response began on an unsteady note as they lost their opener Luvnith Sisodia off just the fourth ball of their innings. However, his partner Mohammed Taha remained unbeaten at 78 till the end to guide his side to a comfortable six-wicket win.
