Pakistan women won the toss and chose to bat. A questionable decision considering that it had been raining and the weather was windy and cold. The Indian pacers took complete advantage of the conditions and toppled the Pakistani line-up at a double digit figure.

A glimpse into India's dominance

The match started off on the right foot for India, the pacers, unlike the last game were able to build immense pressure from the get go. Pacers Meghna Singh and Renuka Singh made good use of the conditions and were moving their deliveries starkly. Both picking up a wicket each. The spinners came in handy, successfully wrapping up Pakistan's poor batting lineup. Sneh Rana and Radha Yadav picked up 2 wickets each.
