Pakistan keeper, Mohammad Rizwan couldn't continue the good work against Bangladesh from the first Test match, and departed for just 29 in the first innings of the second Test.

Bangladesh trap 'big fish' Rizwan for 29

He looked calm and composed, while batting at the crease, but an extra bounce from Bangladesh pacer, Nahid Rana deceived him and took his wicket away. Rizwan came to the crease when Pakistan were struggling for runs. They had lost two quick wickets and the side needed a consolidation between him and Babar Azam.

However, Babar, once again failed to deliver as Pakistan had lost their backbone. The onus was left on Rizwan to carry the side, but it took just delivery to send him back to the pavilion.

Nahid bowled a short of a length ball on the stumps and it zipped off the surface to surprise the batter. Rizwan got an outside-edge as the ball swiftly travelled to the fielder at first slip, who grabbed a simple catch.

Rizwan was shell-shocked, but the Bangladesh side celebrated hard as they had trapped the big fish.

Pakistan crumble after solid start

Batting first, Pakistan team had a stuttering start, losing Abdullah Shafique for a duck. However, it was the partnership between Saim Ayub and captain Shan Masood which brough the home side back in the contest.

Both the batters reached their respective fifties, but just when things looked good for Pakistan, Bangladesh struck twice in quick successions to dismiss both Masood and Ayub.

Babar, provided a bit of resistance, but his poor WTC cycle continued as the former Test skipper departed for 31 off 77 deliveries.

After the historic win in the first Test, Bangladesh bowlers are flying-high and will look to end the Pakistan innings quickly.
