Pakistan's talismanic batter, Babar Azam, has been struggling in Test cricket for quite a while now. The stylish right-handed batter registered another low score as young Bangladesh pacer Nahid Rana dismissed him in Pakistan's second innings of the ongoing Test match against Bangladesh at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

After sensational knocks from Litton Das and Mehidy Hasan Miraz headlined Bangladesh's commendable batting performance in the first innings, the hosts had a disastrous start to their second innings, losing two wickets in quick succession. Babar Azam joined skipper Shan Masood in the middle after Saim Ayub's departure pushed Pakistan down on the mat

Considering his potential and experience, Babar was expected to bail Pakistan out of trouble. However, the Lahore-born batter's lean patch continued, with Nahid exposing his technique with a pacy delivery. He managed to add only eleven runs to his Test runs tally, receiving massive backlash for yet another flop show.

Babar's struggle in Test cricket dates back to 2023, as he hasn't recorded a single fifty in his last 15 Test innings. So, as fans are curious to know about his ten most recent scores in Test cricket, here is a brief take on the same.

Overall, Babar Azam has managed only 190 runs in his last ten Test innings at a horrendous average of 19. The PCB has already warned him indirectly by dropping senior bowlers Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah, who blew hot and cold in the first Test. So, the clock is ticking for Babar, as he desperately needs a breakthrough knock to bring his Test career back on track.

After restricting Pakistan to a mere 172-run total in the second innings, Bangladesh have got a brisk start, courtesy of Zakir Hasan's fireworks. As of writing, the visitors were 37 for no loss, needing 148 runs to clinch the series with a clean sweep over the hosts.
