This game was just feather in the hat in the plethora of thrilling PSL games. the match started with Peshawar Zalmi's openers Saim Ayub and skipper Babar Azam giving a decent start to their side with latter going on to score a half-century. They went to score 147 in the end with some crucial boundaries at the backend from Rovman Powell.

In the second innings, Tim Seifert took Karachi to a wonderful start despite pitch getting tougher for batting. Other batters namely James Vince, Shan Masood, Shoaib Malik and Kieron Pollard couldn't do much as they fell either cheaply or played a below par innings. In the end, 17 were required off the last over which Aamer Jamil bowled beautifully to take his side to a 2-run victory before the playoffs.

Ohhhh!!! Ultimate!!! Peshawar pull off a win by 2 runs. That's was mighty close. Aamer Jamil saved the day for Peshawar. There were two consecutive fours by Anwar Ali on the third and fourth delivery. It came down to four off the last delivery with Imran Khan on strike who couldn't find the ball, courtesy of a brilliant yorker from Jamal. Also, the lowest total ever defended in Karachi!!

So, that's the end of the first innings. 147 on the board for Peshawar. They had a great start courtesy of Saim Ayub and Babar Azam who stitched a 50-run stand for the first wicket on a tricky surface. However, after that scoring runs proved difficult and wickets started to fell one after the other. Arafat Minhas was standout with four overs 1/11. In the end, Rovman Powell rescued the side to take them to 147. We will see you after the break.

Eishhh!! Babar Azam is run-out!! Fifty and out!! That was a close call for the second run which ultimately led to his wicket. Always dicey going for the second there. He was looking comfortable in the middle there. Extremely big moment this. Karachi on top here with the fourth wicket. Walks out with a loud groan. He goes for 51 off 46.
