Known as one of the finest cricket captains to grace the game, Dhoni's leadership brought unprecedented success to the Indian cricket team. Under his captaincy, India secured major trophies, including the T20 World Cup in 2007, the ICC World Cup in 2011, and the Champions Trophy in 2013.

Additionally, Dhoni led CSK to five IPL titles, establishing his legacy both in international and franchise cricket.

It was during Dhoni's captaincy that India achieved a remarkable milestone by winning their only tri-series in Australia. Moreover, the team reached the pinnacle of Test rankings under his leadership.

Turning the focus back to the India versus Germany hockey clash, the game ended in a 2-2 draw after full time, leading to a tense penalty shoot-out. Germany emerged victorious with a 4-3 margin in the penalty shoot-out, securing their place in the final.

The upcoming IPL 2024 marks the highly-awaited return of CSK's Thala. The tournament, scheduled to commence in March, has prompted Dhoni to gear up for the challenges ahead. A recent video surfaced on Twitter, capturing Dhoni's net practice session at the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA), signaling the beginning of his preparations for the IPL.

As the news of Dhoni's practice spread across social media, numerous fans expressed their emotions and excitement, eagerly waiting for his return to competitive cricket.

Reports suggest that Dhoni will join the CSK camp and actively participate in team training in March.
