Now, in an exclusive interview to News24 Sports, the young left-handed batter has touched on various different aspects of his game, the learnings from experienced players and even revealed his favourite captain. Rinku Singh was asked by interviewer to name his favourite captain and the KKR star replied that he loves Rohit Sharma's captaincy.

Rinku also named Rohit Sharma as his favourite batter and added that Rohit is pretty chilled up, and he enjoyed batting with the Hitman.

Rohit Sharma's name as the favourite captain of Rinku Singh speaks a lot about the kind of leadership Rohit has shown over the years. Under his captaincy, India recently won the T20 World Cup 2024 and his ability to win tournaments whether it is in IPL or for Indian team now, makes him a special leader just like MS Dhoni.

Rinku Singh has played white-ball formats for India where he has played under the likes of Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav. He was last seen in Indian colours in T20I series against Sri Lanka and would be hoping to continue his progression as a cricketer and make himself a regular across formats in Indian blue.
