For South Africa, Wiaan Mulder snared figures of 4-50, while debutant Codi Yusuf and senior spinner Keshav picked up three wickets each. Emboldened with a first innings lead of 167 runs, the Proteas reached 49-1 from 13 overs in their second innings on Day 2 to extend their lead to 216 runs by stumps.

Bennett was retired hurt after racing to a confident 19 from 28 balls during Zimbabwe’s innings in pursuit of South Africa’s 418-9d.

England Women Fined For Slow Over-Rate Vs India Women

The England Women’s team has been fined 10 percent of their match fees for maintaining a slow over-rate against India Women in Nottingham earlier this weekend. Match referee Helen Pack imposed the fine after finding the English players two overs short of their target in spite of taking time allowances into consideration.

England Women, under the leadership of Nat Sciver-Brunt, also lost the match by 97 runs to India Women to go 0-1 down in the five-match T20I series.
