BCCI Announces Venue Changes for India Men’s and Women’s Matches
The BCCI has announced changes in venues for key international fixtures. The first India vs South Africa Test, which is set to begin on November 14, 2025, has been moved from Delhi to Kolkata’s Eden Gardens. Meanwhile, the second India vs West Indies Test will now be played at Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium instead of Kolkata.
For the India Women vs Australia Women ODI series, all three matches have been shifted from Chennai due to pitch upgrades. New Chandigarh will host the first two ODIs and Delhi the final one.
Rishabh Pant Survives Injury Scare Ahead Of England Test Series Opener
Team India received an early scare ahead of the Test series against England as Rishabh Pant took a painful blow to his left arm during the first practice session in Beckenham. Led by Shubman Gill and coached by Gautam Gambhir, the squad trained intensely to prepare for the opener at Headingley.
Pant, who was batting during nets, had to leave training after receiving treatment and getting his arm bandaged. Thankfully, the injury wasn’t serious, and Pant later confirmed he was fine. Moreover, Pant took part in the training session on Monday and seemed fine as he took throw downs and also batted in the nets.
MS Dhoni Inducted Into ICC Hall Of Fame Alongside Global Legends
MS Dhoni was officially inducted into the ICC Hall of Fame on June 9 during a special ceremony in London, becoming the 11th Indian to receive the honor. The former India captain joins cricketing greats like Sachin Tendulkar and Sunil Gavaskar on the elite list.
This year’s inductees include five men’s cricketers: Matthew Hayden, Hashim Amla, Graeme Smith, Daniel Vettori, and Dhoni and two women’s legends, England’s Sarah Taylor and Pakistan’s Sana Mir. Hayden was the first to be inducted this year.

Kotian, Kamboj Shine Before ENG Lions vs IND-A 2nd Unofficial Test Ends In Draw
India A dominated Day 4 of the second unofficial Test at Northampton, declaring at 417/7 with Tanush Kotian scoring an unbeaten 90 and Anshul Kamboj contributing 51*. The duo added 149 runs for the eighth wicket, setting England Lions a steep 439-run target.
India A’s bowlers struck early, reducing the hosts to 32/3 in 11 overs, with Kamboj taking two quick wickets and Tushar Deshpande chipping in. However, with limited time left, the match ended in a draw.
