One of the legends who got inducted today was none other than the Indian great MS Dhoni, who revolutionized wicketkeeping and captaincy. With 17,266 international runs and 829 dismissals, he led India to all three ICC white-ball titles, cementing his legacy as one of cricket’s greatest finishers and leaders.

A powerful opener and two-time World Cup winner, Matthew Hayden too was inducted today who held Australia’s highest individual scores in both Tests and ODIs during his peak. South Africa’s dependable No. 3, Hashim Amla was also among the greats who scored nearly 19,000 international runs with 55 centuries.

Joining Amla from Proteas was South Africa’s longest-serving captain, Graeme Smith who transformed the Proteas into a dominant force. He scored over 17,000 international runs and holds the record for most Test wins as captain (53), combining leadership with consistent batting excellence.

Among the legends were several big names too like Daniel Vettori and keeping the head high for Women's cricket, Sana Mir and Sarah Taylor.
