Rohit Sharma and his funny one-liners have always caught the attention of cricket fans around the world, and they got one another of those funny antics in the first ODI against Sri Lanka. Rohit Sharma was seen scolding Washington Sundar when the bowler enquired about DRS call to Rohit Sharma who was standing at first slip.

It was the 29th over of the innings and Sundar fired it full on middle from 'round the wicket. Dunith Wellalage tried to defend it, but did it very close to his pad and the ball looped up in the air towards the first slip fielder. Rohit Sharma there caught it, but was not confident, but Sundar thought that it was pad first and asked Rohit about it.

In reply, Rohit in his typical carefree style replied back to Washington Sundar that he should tell him instead of asking him. It was quite a funny moment with on-air commentators also having a nice laugh, and in the end Rohit's decision to not take the DRS also went well as the replays showed that the ball had hit the ground and boot off the pad, and review would have been wasted.

Eventually Dunith Wellalage went onto score unbeaten 67 and Sri Lanka ended with 230 on the board which is a decent score on a slow track.
