Sunrisers Hyderabad registered an important win by four wickets against Punjab Kings in match 69 of IPL 2024 to take themselves to the number 2 on the points table with only one final game to go in the league stage. 

PBKS scored 214 while batting first but the might of SRH batting arsenal was too good for them and Pat Cummins and co. have fittingly delighted their passionate Orange Army in their fortress Hyderabad. 

Kavya Maran, the owner of SRH along wife of Heinrich Klaasen were also in attendance and the joy on their faces clearly showed what it meant to SRH to make it to the top-2. Klaasen's little daughter was also spotted waving SRH's flag after the win with her mother and it was a perfect day for Klaasen family with the right-handed batter getting back to form with his 42 off 26 balls.

Abhishek Sharma was the one who started the onslaught in the run-chase and smashed 66 off just 28 balls with five fours and six sixes in his knock. The likes of Nitish Reddy and Rahul Tripathi also contributed well and overall, SRH once again proved why they are called one of the most dangerous batting line-ups of IPL 2024.
