Virat Kohli Equals Sachin Tendulkar's Record Following A Blistering Fifty vs Australia

In the ongoing first Test between India and Australia at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Virat Kohli has hogged the headlines following his fifty. The former India captain silenced his critics and brought up his 32nd Test fifty. 

Virat has been going through a slump in Test cricket and was under the scanner before the start of the Australia series as he had an awful 2024 in red-ball cricket. However, Virat silenced the critics in the 2nd innings when he brought up his fifty in 94 balls, which featured three fours and a solitary six.

With the feat, he also equalled Sachin Tendulkar's record for most fifty-plus scores in SENA countries. It was Kohli's 74th fifty in SENA countries and equalled Sachin's feat. Here is the complete list.
