Shubman Gill led from the front with the bat in the initial two Test matches of his captaincy career. As a result, despite just 22 runs in two innings of the Lord's Test, Shubman Gill managed to become the batter with the most runs for India in a Test series in England.
He now has 607 runs in just six innings and has gone past Rahul Dravid, who scored 602 runs during India's tour of England in 2002. Gill has scored his runs at a stunning average of 101.17 and has hit three centuries as well.
