5. 71-Run Win Vs Ireland - Belfast, 2012

Well, this win was a long time ago but it is still one of Bangladesh's biggest victories. In 2012, Bangladesh toured Ireland and delivered a powerful performance in 1st T20I at Belfast. Despite being considered underdogs at the time, the Tigers posted 190 runs in the first inning, and they showed their strength with the ball to restrict Ireland to 119.

Playing at home in Chattogram, Bangladesh, had everything going for them in this match. Litton Das’ fiery 83 off 41 balls powered the host team to a massive total of 202 runs in the first inning. They used the conditions well and once again showed their batting depth. Ireland could not handle the scoreboard pressure, and the spinners ran through their batting order to respect them for 125, leading to a 77-run win. It was a complete team performance and part of a strong run Bangladesh had during that year in white-ball cricket.

3. 80-Run Win vs West Indies – Kingstown, 2024

The 80-run victory over West Indies during the 3rd T20I at Kingstown in 2024 was yet another dominant show. The West Indies were expected to challenge Bangladesh, but it didn’t go their way. The Tigers' all-rounders ruled both bat and ball. Having set up an enormous target of 190 runs, their bowlers choked the West Indian batsmen to 109/10, causing errors and putting them under pressure. The victory was praised for Bangladesh's intelligent planning and attacking cricket.

This win was was unique as it was against a formidable team such as Sri Lanka and on their home ground in Dambulla. Bangladesh took the crease first and scored 177 runs, and the likes of Towhid Hridoy (31) and Litton Das (76) stole the show. Then their bowlers, led by Rishad Hossain and Shoriful Islam, ripped through the Sri Lankan lineup. Both bowlers picked up 5 wickets combined and bowled out Sri Lanka for just 94 to grab an 83-run dominant victory.

1. 84-Run Win vs PNG – Al Amerat, 2021

Bangladesh’s biggest-ever win in T20Is came during the ICC T20 World Cup 2021. They played against Papua New Guinea in Al Amerat, Oman, and totally dominated them. Batting first, Bangladesh piled up a healthy 181 runs, courtesy of Mahmudullah's half-century. In reply, PNG was bowled out for 97 runs with Shakib Al Hasan grabbing a four-wicket-haul. It was a one-sided game that boosted Bangladesh’s confidence and helped them qualify for the Super 12 stage.
