MS Dhoni Adds Customised Jawa 42 Bobber To His Ever-Growing Bike Collection

Despite being a passionate cricketer, former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni's love for bikes, and cars is unrivalled amongst even automobile enthusiasts.

Dhoni, who is known for his massive bike and car collection, has added another sports bike — Jawa 42 Bobber — to his ever-growing collection. As reported by Car&Bike, Dhoni received a customised 42 Bobber last evening, in a bottle-green colour scheme with hand-painted golden stripes.

Due to its Bobber design, the bike is single-seated. The bike has been gifted to Dhoni by Skipper Pipers, a company that has expertise in polymer fitting, and only recently named the former T20 and ODI World Cup as a brand ambassador, along with former West Indies legend Chris Gayle. 

The Jawa 42 Bobber is priced at INR 2.25 Lakh (ex-showroom), which runs on a 334 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine paired with a six-speed gearbox, and has dual-channel ABS.

The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper already houses several classic and modern rare bikes such as BSA Goldstar, Norton Jubilee 250, Kawasaki Ninja H2, Ducati 1098, Suzuki Shogun, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, Harley-Davidson Fat Boyand Confederate Hellcat X132 among others.

Dhoni has often been seen driving on the roads of Ranchi, where he could be seen giving lifts to people or just motoring on his bike/car. 

The five-time IPL-winning captain is currently undergoing fitness sessions and looks poised to play in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League 2024, much to the joy of millions of cricket fans around the globe.
