Rohit Sharma, the captain of the Indian cricket team, recently appeared on 'The Kapil Sharma Show' and had a lighthearted moment when he failed to recognize a mimicry act of MS Dhoni enacted by Axar Patel. Only after Suryakumar Yadav pulled off the helicopter shot did Rohit make the correct guess.

The Indian team that won the 2024 T20 World Cup was invited to appear on the comedy show The Kapil Sharma Show, which airs on Netflix. Captain Rohit Sharma, Axar Patel, Suryakumar Yadav, and Shivam Dube represented the team and were honoured by the audience on the show.

Host and comedian Kapil Sharma had fun conversations with all four players and had them engage in a fun mimicry segment.

Rohit Sharma was assigned to guess the player name mentioned on the placard, whereas Axar had to act. The first placard was of MS Dhoni, and Axar Patel miserably failed to enact it.

Meanwhile, Suryakumar Yadav stepped into the rescue and fired a helicopter shot, which allowed Rohit Sharma to make the correct guess in just a second. Rohit later criticized Axar for not using the helicopter shot early on.

The audience, as well as fellow guests, burst into laughter as Rohit finally realized mimicry was of none other than the legendary Dhoni. Meanwhile, Rohit, known for his wit and humour, took the situation sportingly, and the lighthearted banter continued.

Suryakumar Yadav calls Rohit 'Ghajini' in a comedy show

During a fun appearance on 'The Kapil Sharma Show,' Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav playfully referred to his Indian team captain Rohit Sharma as "Ghajini," a humorous jab inspired by the popular Bollywood movie character known for his memory loss. 

He revealed how Rohit Sharma sometimes forgets to flip the coin at the toss, let alone the playing XI. Meanwhile, Rohit, seated on the other side, was captured laughing along with the rest of the cast and crew.ong with the rest of the cast and crew.
