On Wednesday, October 2, Netflix India released a promo of the new episode of Kapil Sharma Show featuring India's star cricketers Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Axar Patel, Shivam Dube and Arshdeep Singh. The T20 World Cup heroes will celebrate their recent triumph as their episode will air on the coming Saturday.

In the latest promo, the cricketers can be seen having fun as they also poked fun at each other. Meanwhile, Suryakumar Yadav has been hogging the headlines after he stood out in the promo for his reference to Rohit Sharma's habit of forgetting things. 

Indian Players Refer To Rohit Sharma As Ghajini Of Indian Team

As shown in the now viral clip, Archana Puran Singh, the special guest on the show, asked the players who is the Ghajini (Reference to a Bollywood movie where the main character kept forgetting things) of the India team. 

It was an obvious answer, which is why the silence resulted in laughter on the set. Shivam Dube highlighted that Rohit has the habit of forgetting the team changes at the time of the toss. Meanwhile, SKY further poked fun at Rohit as he mentioned that sometimes he even forgets the coin. 

“During the toss, he forgets the names of the two sides of the coin,” remarked Dube. Suryakumar quickly interjected, “No, he doesn’t forget the names—he forgets the coin itself!”


Rohit Sharma Forgets Coin In Pocket During T20 World Cup 2024 

Notably, Suryakumar Yadav could have been hinting at the incident that occurred during India's T20 World Cup 2024 tie against Pakistan in New York. What happened was that at the time of the toss, Rohit forgot that he had kept the coin in his pocket which was followed by a burst of laughter from Babar Azam, who recently resigned as Pakistan's skipper. 

It was not the only time that Rohit had such hilarious moments as he has often forgotten the team combination and also what the team decided before the toss.
