Indian cricket legend Yuvraj Singh is once again proving that his biggest victories go far beyond the cricket field. Through his foundation, YouWeCan, a breast cancer awareness drive was conducted, which reached around 1.5 lakh women.
YouWeCan is a non-profit foundation launched by former cancer survivor Yuvraj in 2012. Inspired by his own battle with the disease, he initiated the project to raise cancer awareness, encourage early detection, and arrange for the treatment of patients who cannot afford it.
Yuvraj Singh Shares YouWeCan’s Latest Achievement
In a heartfelt post on X (formerly Twitter), Yuvraj Singh recently celebrated a massive achievement alongside his team and partners, including Xiaomi India, Sudhin Mathur, and Madan Varun.
His foundation, YouWeCan, initiated a breast cancer awareness campaign which successfully screened more than 1,50,000 women for breast cancer in 15 districts in 15 states, touching hundreds of families and saving lives with early detection.

The photographs posted depict a strong narrative with women from urban and rural backgrounds holding up placards, smiling after undergoing screening, and proudly engaging in a cause that may alter their future.
Many of them are seen clutching leaflets and awareness materials, signalling that the campaign is not just about medical testing but also about spreading crucial information.
Last month, Yuvraj Singh hosted a charity gala in London to raise funds for his foundation, YouWeCan. The star-studded event was attended by Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and the entire Indian Test team.
Needless to say, Yuvraj Singh, a cancer survivor himself, is committed to serving society with his heartfelt deeds. And the YouWeCan foundation is the perfect platform for him to do so.
