Pakistan wicket-keeper batter Azam Khan has time and again been subjected to bullying and body-shaming, so much so that it has affected his performance and motivation while playing, too.

His fellow teammate, Naseem Shah, has come under fire after an old video of him body shaming Azam Khan during Bangladesh Premier League 2023 has resurfaced on the internet.

During the clash between Comilla Victorians and Khulna Tigers last year, after Naseem took his wicket, Azam wasn't in a playful mood as he nudged him away; however, as he continued to walk towards the dugout, Naseem was seen following him and making fun of his walk; seemingly as if he is mocking him for his built.

The 21-year-old pacer is one of the finest talents to emerge from Pakistan; he has amassed over 107 wickets from all formats of the game, 59 matches to be precise. However, his behaviour was condemned by fans who rapidly tweeted on his disrespect towards Azam.

This is not the first time that Azam, son of former wicket keeper-batter Moin Khan, has been bullied. During the T20 WC 2024, he even got involved in a heated argument with a fan who mocked him after his wicket.

Azam Khan was been heavily criticised in recent times for his lacklustre performance with the bat in the World Cup, he departed for a golden duck in Pakistan's loss against USA as a result of which he was dropped from the team for the remainder of their campaign.
