The Indian Women's team is all set and raring to go and face South African Women in the one-off Test match between the sides, starting on Friday, June 28 at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

In a recently posted video by BCCI on its social media accounts, the women's side can be seen ready to go in their photoshoot ahead of the Test match that is to be played in Chennai. This is India's first Test since the win over Australia in December 2023.

In the video, Indian skipper, Harmanpreet Kaur can be seen posing for her headshots, meanwhile, star batters Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues are captured signing the Indian jerseys before the captain.

The other prominent stars featured in the video include opener, Shafali Verma, all-rounder Deepti Sharma, frontline pacer, Renuka Singh, and Pooja Vastrakar who recently made a return to the team from her injury.

A new name to the side who also made it to this headshots video is Asha Sobhana who recently made her debut in the 3-0 whitewash in the ODI series.

Following her domestic performances, Priya Punia also made a comeback to the Indian setup in this all-format series against touring South Africa, playing an international game after 11 months.

After the recently concluded ODI series and the upcoming Test, India women will also be facing them in a 3-T20I series ahead of the upcoming T20 World Cup.
