India is set to play another T20 World Cup semi-final against England in Guyana on the morning of Thursday, June 27 (local time), and Indian captain, Rohit Sharma has reassured the calm in the dressing room and not being overawed by the occasion of a knockout.

India, on the back of winning three in a row in the super-eights, will come in to the semi-final of the T20 World Cup in Guyana with high confidence of doing well and potentially taking revenge of the 10-wicket loss in 2022.

He talked about how they have played so far and avoiding to talk about this being a big semi final and treating it like just another game of cricket.

"We want to treat this game as another game that we have played in this tournament. Everyone knows in the back of their mind it's a semi-final. But you don't want to keep talking about it again and again and again and not to think about what has happened in the past," said the Indian captain.

About the team's frame of mind while approaching the match and how the tournament has gone so far,

"All of us are in a good frame of mind. We are playing well as a team, enjoying each other's company and success at times as well. We've been put under pressure in certain games during this tournament as well, but we responded pretty well. And that is probably because we're not thinking too far ahead," he concluded.

The India-England clash will take place following the first semi final between Afghanistan and South Africa and the winners of both the games will face each other on the morning of June 28 in Kensington Oval, Barbados.
