In a latest update, Indian young and dynamic wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant signed sports and athlete brand management consultants Anant Arora and Indranil Blah to manage his off-field engagements. The experienced duo will handle Pant's off-field commitments, including his endorsements and digital rights.
Wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant is a popular face in Indian cricket who rose to fame in quick time due to his unorthodox playing style. The wicket-keeper's lively personality and humour struck a chord with the passionate fans.
His immense popularity is a reason brands rally behind Pant for endorsements and other off-field events. Of course, it is quite time-consuming for Rishabh Pant to manage everything being a full-time cricketer.
Rishabh Pant hires new brand managers
To overcome this, Rishabh Pant recently appointed professional sports and athlete management consultants Anant Arora and Indranil Blah. The duo has over a decade-long experience in managing athletes and will help Pant with his brand endorsements. Arora and Blah will look after the cricketer's digital appearance, endorsements, and licensing.
Its important to note that Anant Arora has been in this business for a decade and his portfolio includes 500 brand campaigns done with 15 A-Listers celebrities.
This comes at a time after Rishabh Pant is confirmed to be a definitely included player in the IPL 2025 mega auctions. Delhi Capitals had released skipper Rishabh Pant right at the retention deadline at the end of October and the wicket-keeper is expected to fetch an astronomical price for his skills in leadership, keeping and batting.
CSK advised to break the bank for Pant
Rishabh Pant is expected to trigger an intense bidding war in the upcoming IPL 2025 mega auction. Simon Doull opined that CSK will go all in for Pant and break the bank. They need a successor for MS Dhoni, and Pant happens to be an ideal candidate. His wicket-keeping skills and batting proficiency is well documented. However, Pant's leadership skills give him an added edge over other notable free agents. Hence, the ex-DC captain is a perfect fit for CSK, opined Doull.
