Deepak Chahar wrote -

“new fraud in India 😂 . Ordered food from @zomato and app shows delivered but didn’t receive anything. After calling the customer service they also said that it’s been delivered and m lying 🤥 . M sure a lot of people must be facing the same issues. Tag @zomato and tell your story.”

Zomato apologizes to Deepak Chahar for the inconvenience and calling him a liar

Even though people were sharing their concerns the company instantly replied to Deepak Chahar’s post considering it was demeaning as many derogatory remarks were shared by the public. While apologising for the inconvenience, Zomato replied to Deepak’s tweet while assuring him to look into the matter for a quick resolution.

"Hi Deepak, We're deeply concerned about your experience and apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured, we take such issues seriously and are urgently looking into the matter to ensure a swift resolution.”

While replying back to the company Chahar further Said how hunger cannot be compensated with a refund which will be provided by the company. Deepak wrote,

"Just wanted to highlight this as a lot of people face this issue and no proper action is taken giving back the money of the order will not solve the issue. Hunger cannot be compensated with money."

On the Cricket front, Deepak Chahar has been out of Cricket action for a few months due to rehab sessions after injuries. The star pacer will next be seen representing Chennai Super Kings in the upcoming 17 season of the Indian Premier league.
