Jasprit Bumrah bowled Team India to a sensational victory over South Africa in the final of the 2024 T20 World Cup. The speedster dismissed Reeza Hendricks and Marco Jansen to finish with match-winning figures of 2-18, and extended his tournament tally to 15 wickets.

Apart from securing a podium finish with his Indian teammates, Jasprit Bumrah also bagged the ‘Player of the Tournament’ award. 

After India’s historic title-drought ending win, the senior paceman celebrated the occasion with his wife and sports presenter Sanjana Ganesan at Bridgetown’s Kensington Oval.

Sports presenter Sanjana Ganesan attended the Kensington Oval to extend her support for Team India in the final of the 2024 T20 World Cup. Shortly after India’s thrilling seven-run victory over the Proteas, Ganesan reunited with her husband and man-of-the-moment with Jasprit Bumrah to celebrate the momentous occasion.

Defending 177 runs for a win, Jasprit Bumrah got the ball rolling for Team India by dismissing South African opener Reeza Hendricks with a peach. Receiving much assistance from new-ball pace mate Arshdeep Singh, Bumrah also got rid of Marco Jansen at the death before Hardik Pandya bowled a tight last over to the South African tail.
