With both teams having won two games each, their upcoming match on Wednesday at the Nassau County International Stadium promises to be a thrilling contest.

Aaron James issues 'warning' to Team India

'We are going to come hard at India. We want to play every game hard, play fearless cricket and come out on top."

Jones also highlighted the enthusiasm within the USA team, particularly among the India-origin players.

"They're pretty excited to be honest. This is the first time the USA will be playing against India. Many guys in our team are from India, and they've played against and with many of the current Indian players in the past. They are definitely excited to play against some friends for sure," he added.

Jones believes that the T20 World Cup will significantly boost cricket's popularity in the USA.

"With cricket being one of the biggest sports in the world, it's only a matter of time before more people come on board. America is a place where people love sports. This World Cup is going to open the eyes of a lot of people, and with cricket in the Olympics in a few years, that's a very big thing. Everything is on the rise right now," he explained.

The USA has shown impressive form in their debut World Cup. They defeated Canada by successfully chasing 195 runs and triumphed over Pakistan in a Super Over after a tied match.

Aaron Jones has been a standout performer, scoring 130 runs in two matches, including an unbeaten 94 off 40 balls against Canada.

India, at the top of Group A with four points, will face the USA, who also have four points but a lower net run rate, at the Nassau County International Stadium on Wednesday.
