'Just Like Every Other EPL Game': Virat Kohli To David Beckham Ahead Of Semi-Final Clash

The stars from cricketing and entertainment descended upon Mumbai's Wankhade Stadium to watch the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 semi-final between India and New Zealand on Wednesday evening.
However, the highlight of the whole match was the presence of former England football great David Beckham, who caught up with Indian and New Zealand players, including Virat Kohli.
Soon, Beckham had a brief chat with Kohli along with Sachin Tendulkar ahead of the national anthem. The Inter Miami co-owner is in India for UNICEF programme, and is a brand ambassador.
Now in a video shared by ICC, one could hear the conversation between Kohli and Beckham, where the latter made a reference to EPL. The England midfielder attained greatness with EPL club Manchester United, before moving on to Real Madrid.

Beckham, who visited India for the first time had a memorable outing in Mumbai, as Kohli slammed his historic 50th ODI century with contributions from Shreyas Iyer, Rohit Sharma, and Shubman Gill.
Beckham was also provided a tour of the Wankhede Stadium by none-other-than Tendulkar, who has a statue dedicated to him at the venue.
