On August 22, 2019, England's ace pacer Jofra Archer breathed fire with the ball to register his first five-wicket haul in Test cricket. The prominent seamer achieved the landmark during the third Ashes Test between England and Australia at Headingley, Leeds.

Regarded for his ability to move the ball at a rapid pace, Jofra Archer eventually made his debut in the second Ashes Test at Lord's after Australia recorded an emphatic 251-run triumph in the series opener at Edgbaston.

It didn't take him too long to announce himself in the purest format, as he bagged a clinical fifer on his second Test appearance.

Batting first, Australia had a shaky start to their first innings, with Archer dismissing Marcus Harris with a beauty.

Although David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne steadied the ship with a valiant 111-run stand for the third wicket, Archer came back to break the partnership with Warner's wicket.

The right-arm pacer bowled a lethal spell, as Australia dramatically collapsed from 136/2 to 179 all out. Apart from the Aussie openers, Archer had Wade, Pattinson, Cummins and Lyon among his victims.

His stunning performance didn't go in vain, as Ben Stokes led England to a thrilling one-wicket win with an iconic knock.
