Jofra Archer got the dangerous wicket of Joe Root on Saturday (August 10) when Trent Rockets met Southern Brave in Match 24 of The Hundred 2024 at The Rose Bowl, Southampton.

The talismanic right-arm quick from England bowled a beautiful leg cutter to Root right after the latter smashed a four off him. Notably, it was a great diving catch by Alex Davies who made sure the wicket was gone.

Talking about the game, Trent Rockets, at the time of writing this, are batting on 107/5 after 83 deliveries batting first.
