Former England internationals Ian Bell and Graeme Swann will join the Lions support staff in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for their training camp this month. Bell has been announced as the batting coach and will have Surrey's Jim Troughton as an assistant.

Bell featured in 118 Tests and 161 ODIs for England, scoring 13,143 international runs combined between 2004 - 2014.

Swann joins the set-up for a week as a mentor for bowlers, which includes new sensation, Rehan Ahmed. Others on the coaching staff include Somerset's Paul Tweddle, Kent's Min Patel, and Durham's Neil Killeen.

Swann played 178 matches for the Three Lions, and was part of England's Ashes winning team in 2009 and 2010-11.

Former England national team pace bowling coach Joh Lewis will also oversee proceedings.

The 15-man squad will leave for the UAE over the weekend. The Lions are due to play a three-day match against England's Test side ahead of their Pakistan tour.

The touring entourage includes the likes of Jofra Archer, Saqib Mahmood, James Anderson and Ollie Robinson, and Bryson Carse.
