India have won the toss and have decided to bowl first in the second T20I against England at the Chepauk. They have made two changes to their squad with Nitish Kumar Reddy and Rinku Singh out and Washington Sundar along with Dhruv Jurel coming into the playing XI.

The reason for the exclusion of Nitish Kumar Reddy is that is suffering from side strain and is ruled out of the series. Rinku Singh, on the other hand, has lower back spasm and is out of the second and third T20Is. Shivam Dube and Ramandeep Singh have been added to the Indian squad, but the two will be available from the third game.

Chance For Sundar And Dhruv Jurel To Shine In T20I Format

Both Rinku Singh and Nitish Kumar Reddy did not bat in the first game which India won by seven wickets and it would be interesting to see their replacements go about their business. Dhruv Jurel has played two T20Is for India in the past and it is an opportunity for the youngster to show his talent in the shortest format.

Washington Sundar, on the other hand, has done well in Test cricket in recent past and has been successful in T20Is too. He would be playing at his home ground and his addition provides an extra spin option to captain Suryakumar Yadav against a team that tends to struggle against tweakers.
