One such moment came in the India-England T20 World Cup 2024 semifinal when Rohit Sharma told his batting partner Suryakumar Yadav that if Livingstone bowls it full, he will hit him for a six and on the very next ball, Rohit fulfilled his promise.

It was the last delivery of the 11th over and Livingstone was bowling well. India needed a big hit to break the shackles, and Rohit Sharma seeing a flighted full delivery, latched onto it and hit it down the ground for a six.

Rohit Sharma eventually scored  57 off 39 balls, while India went onto score 171 on the board. In reply, England could not match the Men in Blue and ended up getting bowled out for just 103 as Rohit Sharma and co. registered a thumping 68-run win.
