In all likeliness, it is expected that the T20 World Cup 2024 would be Rohit Sharma's final ICC tournament as skipper, making it an all the more critical and his 'final' chance to lift the coveted trophy as the captain.  

Understandably, the emotions ran high as India defeated England to reach the T20 WC final after ten years, remaining undefeated throughout the tournament.

Amidst all the happiness, an emotional and heart-touching photo and video has been circulating on the internet showing the Indian opener crying and covering his face as emotions run through him. Virat Kohli is seen walking and adorably consoling him.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli - India's most prolific batters - are opening the innings for India in this T20 World Cup. The Indian skipper is walking the walk for his team, however; his opening partner has struggled to get runs in the tournament thus far. Meanwhile, Rohit has shown trust in Kohli by stating that his runs are due for big final. 

Now, India will meet South Africa in the finals of the T20 World Cup 2024 in Barbados on June 29 (Saturday).
