Rohit Sharma And Co Cancel Training Session Ahead of T20 WC 2024 Final Due To 'This' Reason

On Thursday, June 27, India advanced to their 3rd T20 World Cup final as they beat England by 68 runs in the 2nd semi-finals. The Men in Blue will now face South Africa in the all-important finals on June 29 at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.
Ahead of the final, there are reports that India have cancelled their training session in Barbados to give rest to its players as the final starts early on Saturday.

Hindustan Times quoted ICC and stated that the team arrived in Barbados in the early hours of Friday and were very tied because of the travel.
"India have cancelled their training session," said the ICC.
India played England on Thursday in Guyana. Soon after the match got completed, the players boarded the plane to travel to Barbados. They have very little time to prepare for the big game as, at the time of writing this article, the final starts in 29 hours.
A video has also surfaced on the internet from the Barbados airport showing Indian players arriving in the city for the finals.
Lack of adequate rest isn't the only problem for India as South Africa too arrived in Barbados late. Notably, there was a small plane crash at the Barbados Airport, which halted the operations and as a result, the Proteas team along with ICC officials and the umpires were stuck at Port of Spain airport for around 6 hours.
