India great Rahul Dravid's son, Samit, recorded another poor score in the ongoing Maharaja T20 tournament.

Samit, who plays for Mysore Warriors, was dismissed for seven runs in his side's ongoing league-stage game against Bengaluru Blasters at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. This was the second consecutive time Samit got out for seven runs after making his debut in the last game

The incident occurred during the seventh over of Mysore Warriors' innings when they were in a spot of bother, having lost three wickets in quick succession. Samit Dravid joined skipper Karun Nair after the warriors lost Karthik S U in the fifth over.

He even got a confident start to his innings, as he smacked the Blasters' premier pacer M Gneshwar Naveen for a huge six.

However, he couldn't capitalise on it, being dismissed on the very next delivery by the right-arm pacer. It was a wide delivery from Naveen, as Samit went for an aggressive shot over the in-field.

But, unfortunately, he edged it, as the ball was cleanly collected by the wicket-keeper behind the stumps.

After his departure, Manoj Bhandage and Harshil Dharmani have steadied the ship for the Warriors. As of writing, they were 98 for five in 11.5 overs, with Bhandage and Dharmani batting on 23* and 9*, respectively.
