Promising Indian cricketer Musheer Ahmed Khan showcased his fielding brilliance, as his stunning catch helped Nitish Kumar Reddy dismiss Shivam Dube in the ongoing Duleep Trophy encounter between India A and India B at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. His clinical effort sank India A further during a steep run-chase, as they lost the prized wicket of Dube at a crucial juncture.

The incident occurred during the 23rd over of India-A's second innings when Dube and KL Rahul were trying to steady the ship for their team. Considering their international experience, India-B couldn't have taken Dube and Rahul casually, as they were capable of taking the game away from them.

So, as they were getting their eyes in, India-B skipper Abhimanyu Easwaran took a gamble by introducing Nitish Reddy into the attack. His strategic move worked wonders for the B team, as the budding all-rounder dismissed Dube in the first over of his spell.

After conceding a boundary off his first delivery, Reddy bowled three dot balls on the trot to keep Dube under the pump. He finally reaped the reward for his immaculate bowling, with a lapse in concentration leading to the southpaw's dismissal.

Reddy bowled a full-length delivery from over the wicket, which moved slightly away from Dube after pitching around the middle stump. As the left-handed batter looked to nudge it in the on-side, he managed a leading edge, with Musheer Khan taking a blinder by flying to his right.

India B on the verge of an emphatic win over India A

After Akash Deep's clinical spell restricted them to 184 in their second innings, India-B ran through the A team's line-up, courtesy of their pacers' fantastic performance. While Yash Dayal dismissed Mayank Agarwal, Riyan Parag and Dhruv Jurel, Navdeep Saini made Shubman Gill his victim for the second time in the competition. As of writing, India-A were reeling at 116 for six, with KL Rahul batting on 38* alongside Kuldeep Yadav.
