Ayush Badoni, LSG's promising youngster, boasted his muscle in the recent DPL 2024 game between South Delhi and East Delhi as he powered a huge six with an impactful slog shot.

Ayush Badoni, a highly rated middle-order batter from Delhi, rose to fame owing to his impressive knocks for Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in IPL. However, due to inconsistency, he lost his place in the playing XI this year.

Moreover, Ayush Badoni had clashes with the DDCA seniors, who disallowed him from participating in state tournaments for Delhi.

Regardless, Badoni received his opportunity to seek redemption in the ongoing Delhi Premier League 2024 season. The skipper of South Delhi Superstarz came into bat at no.3 against the East Delhi Riders on Thursday at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.

He was offered a tossed-up delivery on the middle stump by Mayank Rawat. Badoni anticipated it early and held his ground to slog it for a maximum over the deep mid-wicket boundary. 

The ball soared over the boundary, clearing the ropes with ease and landing deep into the stands. The crowd erupted in cheers, and Badoni's teammates applauded his effort and intent.
