CEAT Tyres, one of India's leading tyre manufacturers, has a long history of associating itself with cricket. To compete with the likes of MRF, the brand ventured into bat sponsorships initially and went onto expand with a tie up with IPL as well.

The brand first roped in veteran batter and now the captain of Indian cricket team, Rohit Sharma back in 2016. From there on, CEAT has established a significant presence in the cricketing world by sponsoring some of the most prominent cricketers, including male and female.

Here's a list of five Indian cricketers who are sponsored by CEAT Tyres.

5. Shafali Verma

Shafali Verma, the teenage sensation from Haryana, is one of the youngest cricketers to be sponsored by CEAT. She rose to fame by debuting at just 15 years of age and slowly took the cricketing world by storm with her aggressive style of play.

As a top-order batter, Shafali became the youngest Indian to score a half-century in international cricket and hit the fastest double-century in women's Test cricket. Owing to her success, CEAT roped Shafali in as a brand ambassador in 2023 and will be sponsoring her bats henceforth.

4. Harmanpreet Kaur

Her unforgettable knock of 171* against Australia in the 2017 ICC Women's World Cup semifinal is etched in the memory of cricket fans.

As one of the leading figures in women's cricket, CEAT agreed to sponsor her bats to showcase the brand's support for women's sports.

Shubman Gill, the rising star of Indian cricket, made a mark in both Test and limited-overs cricket in a short span. Meanwhile, CEAT Tyres' association with Gill dates back to 2018, when the batter was just coming off his U19 World Cup success.

The deal worth 1.80 Cr INR was signed just days leading up to Gill's IPL stint with Kolkata Knight Riders. The deal was a clear reflection of the brand's commitment to nurturing young talent.

2. Shreyas Iyer

He was leading Delhi Capitals then in IPL and had already found his place in India's white ball team. The sponsorship deal was meant to expand the influence of the tyre company in the sport.
