Cameron Green is one of the most talented young all-rounders currently and is all-round abilities make him a genuine match-winner. However, he is finding it difficult to break into Australia's playing XI in the World Cup 2023 with plenty of quality options available. For the game against England though at Ahmedabad, he got another opportunity to showcase his talent as Mitchell Marsh and Maxwell were unavailable. 

Green walked out to bat at number 6 with Australia in a bit of trouble at 117-4 and needed a partnership to get out of the jail. Green did exactly that first with Labuschagne and then with Stoinis as he slammed 47 off 52 balls before getting cleaned up by David Willey in the 41st over.

It was a length delivery on the leg stump line from over the wicket and Green moved across to his right to sweep it. He missed it though and the ball knocked over the leg stump, sending it for a long ride.

Green's wicket came at a right time for England as the partnership between him and Stoinis was threatening to take the game away from England, but Willey's clever stuff has ensured that England continue to chip in with wickets.
